User Provided Information
The Application obtains the information You provide when You download and register as a User within the Application.
When You use the Application, You generally provide (a) your name and email address (b) transaction-related information; (c) information You provide when You contact Fanzzoo for help; and; (d) information You enter into the Application when using the Application, such as contact information and site creation information.
You may provide your payment information, including your credit or debit card number, card expiration date, CVV code, and billing address (collectively, “Payment Information”) to complete a transaction in the Application (We actually take them outside of the app to process payments and collect money). We consider your Payment Information and address private and do not make such information public. Transaction data may include a merchant’s name and the date, time and amount of the transaction.
Fanzzoo may also use the information you provide to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and/or promotions.
Automatically Collected Information
In addition, the Application may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers You use, and information about the way You use the Application.
Does the Application collect precise real time location information of the device?
This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?
Situations when we may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information
Fanzzoo may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymous usage data, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third parties to help them understand the usage patterns for certain crowdfunder.com services.
What are my opt-out rights?
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application and terminating your use of the Application. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. You can also request to opt-out via email, at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information
Fanzzoo will retain User-provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. Fanzzoo will retain automatically collected information for up to three (3) years and thereafter may store it in aggregate. If You would like Fanzzoo to delete User-provided data that You have provided via the Application, please contact Fanzzoo at email@example.com and Fanzzoo will respond in a reasonable time. Please note that some or all of the User-provided data may be required in order for the Application to function properly.
Fanzzoo does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided Fanzzoo with information without their consent, he or she should contact Fanzzoo at firstname.lastname@example.org. Fanzzoo will delete such information from its files within a reasonable time.
Fanzzoo is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Fanzzoo provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information it processes and maintains. For example, Fanzzoo limits access to this information to authorized employees and contractors who need to know that information in order to operate, develop or improve the Application.
Fanzzoo may store your information, including User-provided data and automatically collected information, in locations outside its direct control (for instance, on servers or databases co-located with hosting providers).
Fanzzoo uses commercially reasonable physical, managerial, and technical safeguards to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. Fanzzoo cannot, however, ensure or warrant the security of any information You transmit to and/or via the Application and You do so at your own risk. Please note that Fanzzoo cannot guarantee the security of account information. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors may compromise the security of User information at any time; there is no guarantee that such information may not be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed by breach of any physical, technical, or managerial safeguards.
To protect your privacy and security, Fanzzoo takes reasonable steps (such as requesting a unique password) to verify your identity before granting You access to your account. You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your unique password and account information, and for controlling access to your account on the Application, at all times.
